Each crust is handmade, and it’s that wonderful crust that has had demand on our pies surge over the years. This required an increase in berries that exceeds what our farm can reasonably produce.

We’ve come a long way from using our surplus fruit for pie filling, but we are happy to meet the demands of our loyal customers.

We eat the foods we raise; because of that, we are not part of the organic gardening fad. If you observe the natural process demonstrated by planet Earth every year, you realize that many of the gardening practices used in order to call a garden "organic" are not natural processes at all!
